Just a small update for Canadian readers... For those of you affected by the Canada Post strike, Lulu has temporarily increased the cost to ship books to Canada by using alternative mail methods. The shipping rates on this website will not increase, but new orders placed using the "Mail" or "Priority Mail" will be using replacement carriers for the foreseeable future.
